Article 1: Scope of Application
These Terms shall apply to all users of the Services. By using the Services, users are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.
Article 2: User Registration
1. To use the Services, users must register in accordance with the method prescribed by the Company.
2. The user registration shall be completed when the Company approves the registration.
1. Users shall be responsible for maintaining their registration information accurately and up to date.
2. If it is found that the user's registration information is false, the Company may suspend the provision of the Services.
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Services:
1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users or third parties
3. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Services
4. Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 5: Changes and Suspension of the Services
1. The Company may change, suspend, or discontinue the Services without prior notice.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to users or third parties due to the change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
The Company may change these Terms at any time, and the revised Terms shall become effective when posted on the Services.
Article 7: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of any dispute regarding the Services, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction by agreement.
These Terms of Use are based on general content and should be revised to suit specific circumstances and laws if necessary.
1. Comply with the laws and regulations of Japan and respect local culture and customs.
2. Please be punctual for departure. If you are late, the responsibility lies with the customer, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Please take care of the car's interior environment and refrain from smoking. If any damage is caused to the interior or the vehicle, compensation may be required.

Article 10: Payment Timing
Please make the payment at the time of application or by the designated deadline set by our company.
Article 11: Execution of the Tour
This service will be provided at the time you reserved.Please use the service on-site on the specified date after reservation confirmation.
If you wish to cancel or change the number of people in your reservation (including partial cancellations due to a decrease in the number of people), cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
• 7 days before: Free
• 3 to 6 days before: 30% of the fee
• 1 to 2 days before: 50% of the fee
• On the day: 100% of the fee
Article 13: BBQ at the Camp
1. The BBQ experience provided at the facility is for your enjoyment at your own risk.
2. Please enjoy the experience at your discretion, as clothing may retain odors.
3. Be careful as burning wood may cause sparks to land on clothing or skin.
4. We are not responsible for any damage caused to clothing or belongings, including burns.
5. Please do not add anything other than firewood or charcoal to the BBQ grill.
6. Please refrain from smoking, being intoxicated, or engaging in inappropriate behavior during the BBQ.
Also, please avoid any disruptive behavior towards others. We are not responsible for any damages caused by such behavior.
7. We will not be responsible for any damages caused by food allergies or prohibited ingredients due to lack of prior notice.
8. Please note that there may be changes in the menu or utensils due to seasonality, weather, or supply issues.
Article 14: Disclaimer
Our Responsibility and Disclaimer
*Our company will not be responsible for compensation if the customer suffers damage due to the following reasons:
Damage caused by the customer's or a third party's intentional or negligent actions.
Changes in the travel schedule or cancellation of the trip due to natural disasters, weather conditions, riots, or any related reasons.
Changes in the travel schedule or cancellation of the trip due to accidents, fires, or related reasons from transport or accommodation providers.
Orders from government authorities, quarantine due to infectious diseases, accidents during free activities, food poisoning, theft, or lost belongings.
Delays, strikes, or suspension of transportation services, or changes in travel schedule or shortened destination/stay time due to these reasons.
Failure to participate in the trip due to the customer's delay in arriving at the meeting or departure location.
Changes in the travel schedule or cancellation of the trip due to the number of participants not reaching the minimum required for the trip.
*If the customer is unable to receive the services specified in the travel contract due to reasons not attributable to the customer and outside of our company's disclaimer, we will refund the cost of the affected services.
*If our company causes damage to the customer due to intentional actions or negligence, we will compensate for the damage based on Japanese law (only if notified within 30 days from the occurrence of the damage).
*The scope of responsibility for our company's travel terms and conditions is governed by Japanese domestic law.
Customer's Responsibility
*If the customer causes damage to our company due to intentional or negligent actions, we will request compensation from the customer for the damage.
