1. Conditions for using the chartered bus/vehicle
• The use of the chartered bus and vehicle is provided in compliance with Japanese road transport laws and related regulations.
• For each use, the operation route and usage time will be based on the contract content agreed upon in advance. If changes occur on the day of operation, additional charges may apply.

2. Reservations and operation precautions
• The charter plan requires advance reservation. Please complete the reservation by 7 days before the scheduled operation date.
• During operation, please follow the driver's instructions to comply with the Road Traffic Law. For safety reasons, if inappropriate behavior or alcohol consumption is confirmed, the operation may be canceled.

3. About the fee
• The displayed fee includes vehicle usage, fuel costs, and driver costs. However, actual costs such as highway fees, parking fees, and tolls will be borne by you separately.
• The following cancellation policy applies to cancellations after the reservation:
• Up to 7 days before: Free
• 3 days to 6 days before: 30% of the fee
• 1 to 2 days before: 50% of the fee
• On the day of: 100% of the fee

4. Rules for safe operation
• Operation times and distances will be adjusted according to operation management regulations, considering the driver's rest time and working hours. We cannot accept unreasonable schedules or long-duration operations.
• During operation, seat belts are required to be worn inside the vehicle (Road Traffic Law, Article 71).

5. Compliance with laws by chartered bus operators
• The vehicles and drivers provided by our company are operated based on Japan's chartered bus business law and automobile transport business law. You can use them with peace of mind.
• Chartered buses are insured with appropriate coverage (automobile liability insurance and voluntary insurance) to ensure passenger safety.

6. Other precautions
• Schedules may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, natural disasters, or traffic conditions.
