Delivery related notes

When using the charter plan provided by SANSAN Corporation, you must check and agree to the following precautions.

1. Conditions for using the charter bus/vehicle
• The use of charter buses and vehicles is provided in compliance with Japanese road transport laws and related regulations.
• For each use, the operation route and usage time are based on the prior agreement. If changes occur on the day of operation, additional charges may apply.

2. Reservations and operational notes
• The charter plan is reservation-based. Please complete the reservation by 7 days before the scheduled operation date.
• During operation, please follow the driver's instructions to comply with the Road Traffic Act. For safety reasons, if alcohol consumption or inappropriate behavior is observed, operations may be stopped.

3. About fees
• The displayed fee includes vehicle usage, fuel costs, and the driver's fees. However, actual costs such as tolls, parking fees, and highway usage fees are not included and will be borne separately.
• Cancellations after booking are subject to the following cancellation policy:
• Up to 7 days before: Free
• 3 days to 6 days before: 30% of the fee
• 1 to 2 days before: 50% of the fee
• On the day: 100% of the fee

4. Safety operation rules
• Operation hours and distances will be adjusted based on the operation management regulations, considering driver rest times and working hours. We cannot accept overly tight schedules or long operations.
• Seatbelt usage is mandatory inside the vehicle during operation (Road Traffic Act, Article 71).

5. Compliance with laws for charter bus operators
• The vehicles and drivers provided by our company are operated in accordance with Japanese charter bus business laws and motor transport business laws. You can use them with peace of mind.
• Charter buses are equipped with appropriate insurance (automobile liability insurance and voluntary insurance) to ensure passenger safety.

6. Other precautions
• Schedules may change due to weather or traffic conditions. In such cases, we will promptly contact customers.
