Delivery related notes

When using the chartered plans provided by SANSAN Corporation, you need to review and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Conditions for the use of chartered buses and vehicles
• The use of chartered buses and vehicles is provided in compliance with Japan's Road Transport Law and related regulations.
• For each use, the operating route and duration will be based on the previously agreed contract terms. Any changes on the day of operation may result in additional charges.

2. Reservation and operation notes
• Charter plans require advance reservations. Please complete your reservation by 7 days before the scheduled operation date.
• During the operation, please follow the driver's instructions in order to comply with the Road Traffic Law. For safety reasons, if any inappropriate behavior or use under the influence of alcohol is detected, the operation may be canceled.

3. Regarding fees
• The displayed fee includes the vehicle usage fee, fuel costs, and driver costs. However, additional costs such as highway tolls, parking fees, and toll road usage fees will be borne separately by the customer.
• The following cancellation policy applies for cancellations after the reservation:
• Up to 7 days before: Free
• 3 to 6 days before: 30% of the fee
• 1 to 2 days before: 50% of the fee
• On the day: 100% of the fee

4. Rules for safe operation
• The operation time and distance will be adjusted in accordance with the operation management regulations, taking into account the driver's rest periods and working hours. Unreasonable schedules or long operations cannot be accepted.
• During operation, seat belt use is mandatory inside the vehicle (Road Traffic Law Article 71).

5. Compliance with laws by the charter bus operator
• The vehicles and drivers provided by our company are operated in compliance with Japan's Charter Bus Business Law and the Automobile Transport Business Law. You can use them with confidence.
• The chartered buses are covered by appropriate insurance (automobile liability insurance and optional insurance) to ensure passenger safety.

6. Other notes
• The schedule may change due to weather or traffic conditions. In such cases, we will promptly contact you.
