When using the charter plans provided by SANSAN Co., Ltd., you must confirm and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Conditions for Using Charter Buses and Vehicles
• The use of charter buses and vehicles is provided in compliance with Japan's Road Transport Law and relevant regulations.
• The operating route and use time for each service are based on a contract agreed upon in advance. If there are any changes on the day of operation, additional charges may apply.

2. Reservation and Operational Considerations
• Charter plans require advance reservations. Please complete the reservation at least 7 days before the planned operation date.
• During operation, please follow the driver's instructions to comply with road traffic laws. For safety reasons, if alcohol consumption or inappropriate behavior is detected, the operation may be canceled.

3. About Fees
• The displayed fee includes vehicle usage, fuel costs, and the driver's fees. However, actual costs such as highway tolls, parking fees, and toll road fees are not included and will be borne by you.
• The following cancellation policy applies after the reservation:
• Up to 7 days before: Free
• 3 to 6 days before: 30% of the fee
• 1 to 2 days before: 50% of the fee
• On the day: 100% of the fee

4. Rules for Safe Operation
• Operating time and distance will be adjusted according to operational management regulations, considering the driver's break time and working hours. We cannot accept unreasonable schedules or long operating hours.
• Seat belts must be worn during operation (Road Traffic Law, Article 71).

5. Compliance with Charter Bus Regulations
• The vehicles and drivers provided by our company are operated in compliance with Japan's Charter Bus Business Law and Automobile Transport Business Law. You can use our services with confidence.
• Charter buses are equipped with appropriate insurance (automobile liability insurance and voluntary insurance) to ensure passenger safety.

6. Other Important Notes
• Schedules may change due to weather or traffic conditions. In such cases, we will promptly contact the customer.
