1. Conditions for Using Chartered Buses and Vehicles
• The use of chartered buses and vehicles is provided in compliance with Japan's Road Transport Law and relevant regulations.
• For each use, the operation route and time will be based on the contract agreed upon in advance. If there are any changes on the day of operation, additional charges may apply.

2. Reservation and Operation Notes
• The chartered plan is by reservation only. Please complete the reservation by 7 days before the scheduled operation date.
• During operation, please follow the driver's instructions to comply with road traffic laws. For safety reasons, the operation may be stopped if alcohol consumption or inappropriate behavior is detected.

3. Fees
• The displayed fees include vehicle usage, fuel costs, and driver fees. However, actual costs such as highway tolls, parking fees, and toll road charges will be borne separately.
• The cancellation policy after reservation is as follows:
• Up to 7 days before: Free
• 3 to 6 days before: 30% of the fee
• 1 to 2 days before: 50% of the fee
• On the day: 100% of the fee

4. Rules for Safe Operation
• The operation time and distance will be adjusted in accordance with operation management regulations, considering the driver's rest time and working hours. Unreasonable schedules or long operations cannot be accepted.
• During operation, seat belts are mandatory inside the vehicle (Road Traffic Law Article 71).

5. Compliance with Laws by Chartered Bus Operators
• The vehicles and drivers provided by our company operate in accordance with Japan's Chartered Bus Business Law and Motor Vehicle Transport Business Law. You can use them with peace of mind.
• Chartered buses are insured with appropriate insurance (automobile liability insurance and voluntary insurance) to ensure passenger safety.
