• For each use, the operating route and duration are based on the pre-arranged contract. If changes occur on the day of operation, additional charges may apply.

• Chartered plans require prior reservation. Please complete the reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled operation date.
• During operation, please follow the driver's instructions to comply with the Road Traffic Law. For safety reasons, if alcohol consumption or inappropriate behavior is observed, operation may be canceled.
3. Fees
• The displayed fee includes vehicle usage, fuel costs, and the driver's fee. However, actual costs such as highway fees, parking fees, and toll road charges will be borne separately.
• The following cancellation policy applies after reservation:
• Up to 7 days before: Free
• 3 to 6 days before: 30% of the fee
• 1 to 2 days before: 50% of the fee
• On the day: 100% of the fee
4. Rules for Safe Operation
• The operating time and distance will be adjusted in accordance with the operating management regulations, considering the driver's rest time and working hours. We cannot accept unreasonable schedules or long hours of operation.
• During operation, seatbelt use is mandatory (Road Traffic Law, Article 71).
5. Compliance with Bus Operator Regulations
• The vehicles and drivers provided by us are operated in accordance with Japan's Charter Bus Business Law and Automobile Transportation Business Law. You can use our services with confidence.
• Chartered buses are covered by appropriate insurance (automobile liability insurance and optional insurance) to ensure passenger safety.
6. Other Important Notes
• Schedules may change due to weather or traffic conditions. In such cases, we will promptly contact you.
