When using the charter plan provided by SANSAN Co., Ltd., please review and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Conditions for Use of Charter Buses and Vehicles
• The use of charter buses and vehicles is provided in compliance with Japan’s Road Transport Act and related laws.
• For each use, the route and time will be based on the previously agreed contract. If any changes occur on the day of operation, additional fees may apply.

2. Notes on Reservations and Operation
• The charter plan requires advance reservation. Please complete your reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled operation date.
• During operation, please follow the driver’s instructions to comply with the Road Traffic Act. If intoxicated behavior or inappropriate conduct is observed, the operation may be suspended for safety reasons.

3. About Fees
• The listed price includes vehicle usage fees, fuel costs, and driver fees. However, actual expenses such as expressway tolls, parking fees, and toll road charges are to be borne separately.
• For cancellations after booking, the following cancellation policy applies:
• Up to 7 days in advance: Free of charge
• 3 to 6 days in advance: 30% of the fee
• 1 to 2 days in advance: 50% of the fee
• On the day: 100% of the fee

4. Rules for Safe Operation
• Operation time and distance are adjusted based on the operation management regulations, taking into account the driver’s break and working hours. Excessive schedules or long operations cannot be accepted.
• During operation, seat belts must be worn (Article 71 of the Road Traffic Act).

5. Legal Compliance of Charter Bus Operators
• All vehicles and drivers provided by our company operate in accordance with the Charter Bus Business Act and Automobile Transportation Business Act of Japan. You can use our services with peace of mind.
• All charter buses are covered with appropriate insurance (compulsory automobile liability insurance and optional insurance) to ensure passenger safety.

6. Other Notes
• Schedules may change due to weather or traffic conditions. In such cases, we will promptly inform customers.
